In collaboration with the Sun Prairie Fire Department & the Sun Prairie Community, Wisconin Distirbutors, Salatore’s Tomato Pies – Sun Prairie, and Potosi Brewing Company have partnered together for a commemorative beer release with profits generated by this beer being donated to the Sun Prairie Relief Fund (both by the Brewery and Distributor.) The tragic events of July 10, 2018 will not be forgotten and have changed our community forever. While we know this won’t make everyone whole again, we care about our city and want to do our part to lift everyone’s spirits and bring downtown Sun Prairie back together again.
We thought it would be fitting to honor one of the favored beer styles of our fallen hero. This one- off Brew is a special variation on a Czech Pilsner recipe with Pilsen malt base and a rich malt aroma. Saaz and Perle hops give this a subtle, spicy hop aroma and flavor. It’s an easy drinking lager that everyone can toast #SunPrairieStrong.
